Two Cardio Circuits:
Jump Rope (or pretend) 1 minute, 5 Basketball Jump, 5 Situps -- repeat at 1 minute basketball jump, 6 jacks, 6 pushups etc… up to 20. 1 Minute sprinting on a bike/running or doing your stairs at home, 5 lunges each side, 5 Tricep Dips, increase the Lunges & Dips up to 20. No equipment required!

We've dedicated ourselves to bringing you the best workouts of the New Year in our bootcamps. If you are looking for results that you could never get on your own, look no further!

We've also got the Mysore Yoga Series starting January 11th on Tuesdays from 11:30am til 1pm.
