Are you ready to do some BOXING?

Our heavy bags are in and hanging from the ceiling. Expect to see some boxing drills in your next camp or class :). This weeks campers in Kathy and Jacki's camps can definitely expect some boxing in their workouts.

Fit to FIGHT! is back...Tues/Thursdays at 5:30pm

Erik Brechun is back from his work duties and is ready to get his Mixed Martial Arts workouts going again. He'll be holding this class series on Tues/Thursdays at 5:30pm - stop in and see him. Erik holds a 2nd degree black belt in under the Korea Kung Fu Association and the last person to achieve that rank under 9th degree black belt grandmaster Chul Woo Jung.

Remember we've got the heavy bags now so this class is going to take on a whole new direction!
You can buy a class pass card to this series - 4 for 40.00 or 8 for 80.00. Your specialty class card is also good for these classes.

Jacki's Body Boutique IS BACK...Sunday 7am 3/20
Jacki is on vacation next week but she'll be back starting next Sunday to give you the ballet workouts you've been jonesing for! After 10 days away on vacation expect her to come back rarin' to go! Please e-mail Jacki for a spot or sign up on-line.

Kathy's Saturday 7am and 8am at Pulse

This saturday Kathy added boxing to the 7am Storm Cycle and the 8am Kettlebell Fusion class - great fun and awesome stress relief! She'll be out next saturday on vacation but look on the schedule for 3/26 - we'll be doing more boxing in both of these classes. Next Saturday 3/19 Joyce Tompkins will be teaching the Saturday morning classes and will have some great stuff lined up for you guys. So come try her out.

Chris's 9am Jump Rope and Weights
If jumping rope is what you like then this is the class for you! Chris will show you how to rope the right way and keep it fresh with some great weight intervals. This full body cardio and weight workout will leave you with the ultimate endorphin high! This class returns on 3/26.

Beach Camps ar
e coming in May!
We will be posting our beach camps the first week in April. For our first session, we are planning Tues/Thurs at 5:30am and 6:30am. Also beginning in May, some of our mid morning studio camps will be held primarily outdoors - keep checking back on the site for all the updates.
There will be a larger selection of camps starting late June/July after school ends. We expect all camps to sell quickly - so be sure to sign up on our scheduler and reserve your spot. Or contact Kathy@pulsenewport.com or jacki@pulsenewport.com
