Beach Camps Are Underway!

So we've kicked off the beach bootcamp season! We've got some great energy in these groups this first session. All we need is the sun to show up.

This weeks groups had two different workouts - early 5:30am crew were doing running drills with Kettlebells and the 6:30am group did Indian Runs and a WHOLE lot of Squat Variations. Thursday our location changes to Sachuest - you just never know what we're going to do!

We are selling out QUICK, so if you haven't got a spot - get a deposit in NOW. Here's an updated list:

Most of these sessions start after July 11th - with the exception of SUP camp which starts the middle of June

Tues/Thurs 5:30am

Fri - Surf Camp 6am and 7am

Weds/Fri 9:15am
SUP Camps: Mon/Weds/Fri 9:45am - one or two 1/2 spots open - Weds session has spots
