Start the Week off Right!

Are you motivated??  It's beautiful out so hit the road and enjoy this workout! Great workout Bellevue Ave.
1/2 Mile warm up

30 Tricep Dips (on the ground or any elevated surface like a rock wall)
25 Box Jumps (OR step ups to a wall/curb)
30 Sit-ups
25m Bear Crawl
1/4 Mile sprint
30 Spiderman Plank (30 on each side)
30 Pushups
25 Side Plank with a dip (25 on each side)
30 Regular Burpees

1/4 mile sprint 
Repeat for 3 rounds
