CONGRATS TO TARA QUINN REILLY our latest NLT

Yep - NLT is still going strong (Next Level Training) -- those who can and will commit 12-15 hours a week to Pulse will see DRAMATIC results ~~ 

Our latest -- Tara Quinn Reilly dropped 10 pounds, over 10 inches, and is now sprinting into round 2 of NLT - she has 3 planned... for those of you who know her just WAIT 'till you see her this summer!

  • Mon/Weds/Fri 10am - SUP PaddleFit with Jacki and Ale (babysitting)
  • 2nd Session Beach Tues/Thurs 6/21 - 5:30am with Kathy
