NEW CLASS... Tabata Torture with Jacki Thursdays at 1030 am, Saturdays at 9am with Chris
Tabata training is not new - it originated in the 70's for Japanese Olympians, we use them in bootcamps all the time... but we've never put a full class of Tabata on the schedule because it's TOO HARD! NEW CLASS... SuperFit Body with Kathy Fridays at 7:30 am
A fast-paced aerobic/weight interval workout with well-designed, athletic-style movements. Start with a basic move and add in variety and intensity (ie: a traditional lunge gets a balance or rotational element). It’s a motivating format that’s challenging! You'll get a full body workout everytime while you're heartrate is continually up. Straight forward and effective, often working your upper and lower body at the same time. AND Always expect a nice long abs segment. :
