January BOOTCAMP Options for you!!

Why bootcamp?

~ accountability
~ see the same group of friends in the workouts each week
~ your trainer gets to know better how to get the most of your specific workouts
~ you have pressure to complete your sessions within a goal-oriented timeline
~ body fat testing
~ nutritional advice
~ workout homework
~ email support from your trainer
~ before & after photos (optional)
~ earn lower class card rate (10 for $100)
