New Class Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. with Jacki.... I was thinking, one day... "I use the clock too much, there's too much time to rest when I set it for 1:00 work and 15 seconds transition, what if I help build my clients high-intensity endurance by taking out the breaks......   so I created my own version of insanity... should be 'fun' ha ha ha...

  1. This seems like a decent addition to the workout rotation...I've ne'er used my fitness ball for love or money however crunches, so I'd like to use it more often. and that i like fifteen minute increments as those ar easier to figure into my schedule.
