Here's what a FOOD JOURNAL in fitday.com looks like from one of our campers ~~ if you don't log your food, you don't know what you are eating that is RIGHT vs. WRONG ~~ this camper does it RIGHT!  Try it yourself and see ~~  numbers that work for some... stick to your GOAL bodyweight x 10 in calories per day, and between 80 & 100 grams of protein per day (depending on your body weight and if you're a man or woman...)
