Men are welcome to all Pulse classes ~~ but we all know the majority are a%% kicking women...... except for Chris's Monday & Wednesday NOON classes ~~ ALL WEIGHTS on Monday at UPPER MANAGEMENT, Weights/Cardio/Endurance on Wednesday at DIESEL.
