Sometimes, you might just want a simple and effective workout that's fun, safe and effective without the fear of having box jumps and burpees in the mix. Simple Circuit Slimdown is your class! 30 Minutes of the workout will be circuit based strength training for the entire body and closely coached by your Trainer, 30 minutes of the workout is your time on the bike to pedal or step to step at whatever intensity YOU feel like that day ~ either low heart rate quality fat burning zone, or high heart rate cardio conditioning zone.  This is not the traditional 'Pulse Crazy' class ~ but instead, a more structured and guided workout provided by your same 'Pulse Crazy' instructors with their years of passion and skill behind them.
