REMINDER ~ DURING THE HOLIDAYS
With all of the parties, extra cocktails, and snacks around … it's REALLY the time to make sure your lunches look something like THIS (below) ~~ and you save your calories for those special events….
Here's a meal plan that melts some pulse junkies down in times they feel a bit 'puffy'….
Fish, Asparagus, Avocado, Lemon Juice, Almonds & Celery
Try eating ONLY from that list, for a total of your goal weight 
x 10 in calories for three days and see how you feel!
(This is NOT recommended for all people, check with your doc or registered dietician before changing anything up in your diet drastically, this is NOT a healthy way to eat long term, but you sure feel skinny & clean after it!)
