~ Here's some info about Kelsi ~

Kelsi, who now resides in her hometown of Portsmouth, RI, has lived coast to coast spreading her passion for nutrition, health, and fitness across the country.  She obtained her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2010 from the University of Rhode Island and currently works as a nutritionist specializing in weight loss.  As a health and fitness fanatic, she believes the combination of a well balanced diet and a consistent effective exercise routine provides the foundation for personal happiness.  Following her track and field success, Kelsi developed a passion for endurance running and has completed 7 full marathons including the Boston Marathon and Honolulu Marathon, where she won her age group division.  Through her marathon success, she fell in love with spinning as an effective cardio and cross training workout, which lead her to becoming a Maddog Certified Spinning Instructor.  Kelsi believes spinning is the perfect cardio workout for everyone to challenge themselves based on their own individual fitness levels! She looks forward to joining the team at Pulse and warmly welcomes people of all fitness levels, spinning veterans and newbies to join her for a fun ride!

  1. I am so happy that Kelsey is teaching at Pulse. I just took a spinning class with her at the NAC and was going to suggest she find her way over to Pulse for a more upbeat group! Yea, hopefully I will be able to take one of her classes at Pulse! She is awesome!

  3. what is merely myth. Anyone looking to just get clear and simple advice and understanding about their own nutritional and fitness choices would do well with this short (about 3 hours) worth of listening.Best meal replacement shakes
