~ NEW this Fall & Winter ~
Jacki Lane and Hillary Davidson will be offering Early Morning Bootcamps in a third, dedicated studio (not shared with TSY) on the first floor at 580 Thames Street Newport!
Space will strictly be limited to 16 full time campers per group ~ the studio will be set up with rowers each opposite their own equipment setup for interval style training between the Rower, the Weights and Outdoor Runs.  The studio will be offering keycode membership in off-hours with workouts provided weekly.  Membership will be limited to 50 to start.  Email jacki@pulsenewport.com if you might be interested in this option.  Open hours for your own workout likely to be 10:30 - 5 Daily.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 or 6:30 am 10/6 - 11/19
Mondays & Fridays 8:30 am 9/11 - 10/26

ROWING BOOTCAMP with Hillary
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 am Start Date TBA

ROWING CARDIO CLASSES
with Annemarie, Emma, Charlotte, Hillary & Jacki will also be offered
