Full Steam Ride at Pulse
The goal = steam up the spin room or I have failed!
Cycling and upper body strength training combo class.
Sprints, heavy hills, push-ups, and weights all on the bike.
The music will structure the spin ride.
Don't worry you will not be disappointed, 60 minutes without gearing down!
"If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you!"

About Leslie...
Leslie Brow has been working in the fitness world since her college days.  For the past 15 years Leslie has been teaching a combination of body sculpting,boot camp and spin in RI. She has also attained her personal training certification.  Creating new playlist and learning new trends in group exercises is a passion she has. Fitting in her workout is a must do.  When she is not at the gym she is a Special Education Administrator.

    I was signed up to go to spin this am but had to cancel within the 24 hr time frame. Would it be okay to just show up next Saturday??
