LEAH GALLAGHER is bringing YOGASCULPT to Energy Row Studio (no rowing - rowers will be moved away) ~~
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30 a.m. STARTING 5/17/16 at 580 Thames Street Studio

Yoga sculpt is where strength training meets yoga. Move through yoga sequences with the added challenge of weights to intensify the postures. Throw in cardio bursts, squats and push ups and you’ve got a metabolism boosting, sweat inducing hour-packed class. You’ll finish the class with a yoga cool down and leave feeling exhilarated.

Leah is a health and exercise enthusiast who has always had a passion for healthy living. She began her athletic career as a swimmer and eventually competed at the collegiate level for four years. Her love of athletics translated into a love of health, leading her to obtain her Bachelor's degree in Applied Health Science(Kinesiology) followed by her Master's degree in Nursing.

While living in San Diego, she discovered Yoga Sculpt and was immediately hooked. She loved the way it blended the benefits of yoga with those of strength training-- it was totally unique! She went on to complete her instructor certification through Corepower Yoga Studios.

Since her swimming days, Leah has become an avid runner and has competed in numerous races. She loves the adrenaline rush and stress relief that working-out provides and strongly believes in living an active lifestyle.  When she’s not working at the hospital or enjoying the outdoors, she can be found sipping a good cup of coffee, whipping up delicious meals or hanging out with friends.
