Ale will take kids out for a SUP101 course at Third Beach, introducing water&ocean safety, paddle skills and of course have lots of FUN coordinating relay races, beach drills and more. Basic SUP skills will be introduced, but the focus will be on enjoying the water and their peers while building self-confidence and balance as they develop a new skill to last a lifetime.
Prerequisite: kids must be able to swim 50 yards without touching the ground. Kids must wear a PFD during class. Canceled in case of rain, thunder or very strong wind.
Cost: $15 per day if you buy 3 or more 15$ for board rental. Drop in fee is 20$ 15$ for board rental.

The EARLIEST camp on my schedule...we even get there at 5am to chat and warm up with runs down bellevue ave or spin on the bikes. I'll do varied high intensity workouts that get results and make getting up in the middle of the night WORTH the effort! At 5am I'm rarin' to go and will bring you many highly energetic cardio/weight routines, Kettlebells, Spinning, High repetition weight work, Plyometrics, Sports Drills, Jump roping and Core conditioning. You'll work hard and see results that you may never have seen in your body before! I focus alot on attention to your form and will teach you the CORRECT way to train functionally. You'll never get bored and you will rarely see the same routine twice and may see and feel muscles you may not even know you had! E-mail consultation, Nutritional Advice, Bodyfat testing including; measurements, before and after photos and homework for all the other days that you are not working with Kathy. Kathy Martin is a Crossfit Certified Instructor in addtion to numerous other certifications and educational training.

Mix & match all of the varieties of workouts from the studio, from Barre, and from outdoor season's past. Pulse won Rhode Island Monthly's Best of RI Beach BootCamp Summer 2012 and are psyched to bring it to Bailey's Beach Summer Clients! Beginners/recreational to advanced welcome. Meet at Third Beach every Wed at 9 am for an hour of SUP at it's best ~ You must be a current member of SRBA to participate. Alessandra will guide you through intense drills on and off (mostly ON!) the board. Add the instability of the paddle board to intensify the core workout and the fun! Cost: 4 sessions 100$ / 8 sessions 160$. Board rentals at beach will be coordinated through IWSport for an extra $15/time.
You won't need a wetsuit - Ale will get you warm enough. Bad weather days will be beach workouts or make ups! Email aleghezzi@aol.com for more info.
