Join Brian Fisher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and waterman for our NEW Performance Standup Paddle series.  Participants should be experienced paddlers with their own boards, this group will work on speed drills, distance and power in each workout.  Email brianfisherfit@gmail.com with questions about this series or for help signing up!  Last four sessions will feature short races to test your fitness and skills.  Locations may vary based on weather.

Rental boards available on site at a discounted rate ($15/time) from normal shop rates. All participants must know how to swim.

Join Andrea in  SUPfit class series held at beautiful Third Beach, Middletown.
Andrea is a Certified SUP instructor and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and has extensive experience having taught SUPfit, SUPYoga, SUPkids for Pulse all of last summer. Andrea is also a certified Yoga instructor.
This class series welcomes all levels and will include: basic paddling strokes and SUP safety, drills on and off the board, beach workouts, fun races and longer paddles when the conditions allow. You will work hard, break a sweat and feel challenged in a fun and safe environment!
For those who are completely new to SUP, we recommend booking a private SUP session with Andrea prior to the start of the series.  Andrea will also be happy to organize semi-private/small group SUP sessions on request.
Brian is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sailor and waterman who trains outdoors and out at Peak Fitness in Portsmouth, RI.

This is the 45 minute version of our outdoor beach bootcamp sessions, with a concentration on that BACKSIDE ~ you get 14 AMAZING 45 minute workouts outdoor in the calorie melting SAND. None of the other testing/homework/higher price in a full-time camp. The only measurements taken are your hip, thigh and waist, keeping you on track and in competition with everyone else ~ Most inches lost as a %, wins a prize at the end!
All levels welcome, you can walk jog or run in these workouts, depending what works for you! Mix & match all of the varieties of workouts from the studio, from Barre, and from outdoor season's past. Gotta Work?? Is earlier better for you?? Running/Outdoors really not your thing (we'll do some but bikes will be available for non runners)? Injuries? Here's your early morning option - It's the EARLIEST camp on my schedule.... I'll do varied high intensity workouts that get results and make getting up in the middle of the night WORTH the effort! At 5am I'm rarin' to go and will bring you many highly energetic cardio/weight routines, Kettlebells, Spinning, High repetition weight work, Plyometrics, Sports Drills, Jump roping and Core conditioning. You'll work hard and see results that you may never have seen in your body before! I focus alot on attention to your form and will teach you the CORRECT way to train functionally. You'll never get bored and you will rarely see the same routine twice and may see and feel muscles you may not even know you had! E-mail consultation, Nutritional Advice, Bodyfat testing including; measurements, before and after photos and homework for all the other days that you are not working with Kathy. Kathy Martin is a Crossfit Certified Instructor in addtion to numerous other certifications and educational training. This is a 14 session series.

Wednesdays & Fridays with Kathy ~~ Full Throttle is 45 Minutes OR an hour if you need a longer session- including proper warmup/demonstrations then anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes of cross training that'll work you fast. Circuits and Complexes, Kettlebells, Weights, Bodyweight work, Tabata Protocols, Plyometrics, Medicine balls, jump ropes. Multiple modes of training allow me to challenge your body in different manners, helping you build lean muscle and boosting your metabolism. This class is the answer to those limited on time and looking for quick and effective workout or those looking for the full hour of a kickin' camp workout!
